I don't find any signs of malware in your log.
It does appear that you are running a lot of programs in the background that may be slowing your computer and your connection.

Are you having any other problems beyond a slow connection?

Hi, thanks for the kind reply. As of yesterday my connection has returned to normal, I think it may have been something to do with my isp. I thought it might be something like that when I posted but I got very paranoid, as this has happened in the past so I just wanted to be extra careful. Sorry for the false alarm. :thumbsup:
