Win10 cannot open JPEG file

I am using Win 10 home 64bit and cannot open JPEG file.

What software are you trying to use? There is an excellent photo viewer available for download if you have not installed any photo viewer yet.

Thank you both of you, it works after I had try Activate-Windows-Photo-Viewer-on-Windows-10
