hello my name is chris and i downloaded https://uploadfiles.io/q46kvI have used a lot of malware removal programs flashed my bios and have formatted my hard drives too no avail any one out there know of where I am going wrong

 

using windows 10 creator update

 

antiviruses used

Malwarebytes

Norton

comodo

trend micro

What problem(s) or what symptoms of malware are you experiencing?

my network isnt acting properly and my cpu isnt using the right power states are the two most noticeable and one of my temperature sensor readings is off

Those are not necessarily malware problems...actually probably aren't malware problems.

 

Have you tried resetting and resecuring your router? That could be the problem with network.

i can disconnect the internet from my pc and still have most of the symptoms except the network lag

I suggest you do a scan using Speccy - System Information - Free Download and post the log or give a link to the log in a new topic in the Windows 10 Support Forum.
