Some issues with the machine (a Dell Inspiron 14R 5421):

1) CCleaner malware - probably infected

2) GeForce Experience - freezing the system whenever tries to update GeForce driver. I'm not updating the driver with it anymore.

3) Loud Noise - near where the fans are located. Happening whenever the notebook is moved a little abruptly. Didn't clean the interior of the notebook since I bought it some years ago.

4) Long boot time - taking several minutes.

Couldn't paste the logs, so I attached them.

The system startup after reboot is still taking quite some time. Not sure if that's expected, have lots of games installed, but Origin and Steam don't run on startup.
I forgot to mention that Spotify doesn't install/run (I did a trick to load it from other directory as if it was portable)

HPNetworkCommunicator.exe
Read about it.

The exception is listing in the Firewall settings many times.

I notice that the Windows Firewall is set for Network in public places, such as Airport.
Is this correct?

Change it to Private network for home....

If that does not change we can remove the Firewall setting.
Later Possibly remove the Printer with the and reinstalling it. Let me know what you want to do.

p.s.
Please run the Farbar tool and post the fresh FRST.txt file for my review.

Well, after clicking at "Allow access" on all those warnings, it seems to be quiet now. No warnings for some hours already.

Not sure what you meant here:

I notice that the Windows Firewall is set for Network in public places, such as Airport.

Is this correct?

Change it to Private network for home....

Do you want me to change the profile of my network from public to private?

I did it at the HomeGroup panel. A single warning for the HP thing appeared again, but after clicking at "Allow access", no more warnings until now.

Logs attached.

Well, the router was shut down, and the connection restarted. When I came back to the machine, there were already 2 warnings for the same HP thing. I clicked Allow on them all and until now no warnings. I don't know, but can all this be related to CryptoPrevent? I installed a new version of this software some time ago.

Thank you for all the help.

Hi

It could very well be that.

Read about it.

CryptoPrevent is a tool for anti-ransomware and is reported to be ineffective while also being intrusive

CryptoPrevent: Does it work?
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/525028/cryptoprevent-does-it-work/

I suggest you remove it via the Control Panel > Program > Programs and Features.

Run the Farbar program and post fresh FRST.txt and Addition.txt logs for my review.

Make sure that the box to create a new addition.txt is checked.

Well unfortunately the removal of CryptoPrevent didn't do the trick. Windows Firewall seems to keep losing some (or all) of its rules whenever connection is restarted.

Logs were attached.

The location is listed in the 3rd line of the Farbar log you have submitted.
