Indeed disabling services will give you some performances gains, however you have to be sure what you are disabling.

Read (carefully) this, it may help you : http://www.blackviper.com/service-configurations/black-vipers-windows-10-service-configurations/

in case you are not on Win10, you can find lists for the appropriate OS.

Hi, we can see what services & processes you have running, go to search and type:- command prompt, right click on the returned command prompt and select "run as administrator" an elevated cmd prompt will open, copy the text below and paste it into the cmd prompt window:-

echo> 0 & net start >> 0 & tasklist /v >> 0 & echo >> 0 & notepad 0

Press enter, please copy paste the notepad output here.

"echo> 0 & net start >> 0 & tasklist /v >> 0 & echo >> 0 & notepad 0"

The red items are zeros. In this case, you can tell they are zeros by comparing the words that have o's.

On the instructions to use the command prompt

In the lower left corner, type command prompt in the box that reads Type here to search

A list will show up with Command prompt at the top

You will see Run as administrator

Click that, answer yes to allow the next screen to show up

A black box will show up

Copy & paste echo> 0 & net start >> 0 & tasklist /v >> 0 & echo >> 0 & notepad 0 in there

The services list will then show up

But in your case I hope other instructions will be more helpful at this time
