Multiple Chrome.exe processes running

Hi, I am facing similar issue where my system takes a long to start and i could see multiple chrome processes though i have one open (with only 2 extensions)
I have followed your suggestions  running them in order and below is snapshot of speccy. Could you please analyse and suggest me to improve my system performance.
