Hello!

I have share some folders in winndows 2012, but some terminals keep asking for password even only to access to the server.

Any idea what is happening.

Just check local and shares permissions.

Are the server and the terminals on the same domain? Are users using a domain account to access the share, or local accounts on the Windows 2012 server?

Negative, right now we are working just with workgroup, that is what is strange for me, we just change the physical file sharing server and IP, and some terminals can access and some cant acess even just to the IP.

Since it's a workgroup, each user needs to have a local account on that server. For ease of access, the username and password should be the same; for security you may want them to be different.

And since it's a workgroup, the terminals need to be on the same LAN segment as the windows 2012, or you need to be using some sort of local DNS so they can find the server if it's on a different network segment.
