windows powershell problem when opening in folders

How do i fix this? im trying to use it for adb on android and it wont recognize when i shift+right click in the corresponding folder.

not a very helpful screenshot. what are you attempting to do.. what script are you trying to run?

i'm trying to run a fastboot command fastboot flash recovery to be specific but i think this error is preventing it from working properly even though it says it works.

I had issues with adb and powershell, try using command prompt.
