I began having issues with my pc this week after I finally un-installed an older version of MS Office (2013).  I had upgraded the software last year with the Office 2016 version, but it didn't overwrite it, it simply created a separate folder.  Both versions stayed on my pc and had caused a few apparent conflict issues.  The real issue came from having to update both versions, so I thought I would finally get rid of the older version.

 

I thought about reinstalling the Office 2016 version as perhaps some of the software had crossed up, but I never got to pursue that issue as it seems that shortly after doing the un-install, I began having problems with the pc stopping with a BSoD, especially after leaving it sit for a while.  It turns out that my delayed action to un-install appears to perhaps be a larger issue that I thought.

 

I certainly hope someone can help.

I believe the main culprit is an outdated networking driver from 2014: NETwsw02.sys. Please reinstall it using the driver listed on HP's website: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-probook-650-g1-notebook-pc/5405400/swItemId/ob-144425-1

Okay, it has taken longer to get back to you than I imagined!

 

I had some trouble with the file listed in your last reply, but I was able to figure out which file I really needed to download.  I also found out that my system was a little behind in being up to date, so I also updated several other issues that were out of date.  The biggest thing I updated was my BIOS as it was way out of date.

 

My pc does run a little better although it still has the BSoD syndrome, only it seems a little less severe.  So I'm not cured yet.  

 

I have repeated the attachment and the link below as both may include some new information.

Can you start running these hardware diagnostics (HDD + RAM+ malware scans)? Let's ensure your RAM + HDD is OK before moving on.

Nearly all of the recent dumps still point to networking problems. I suggest you update ALL networking drivers. For testing purposes, I'd also consider removing Avast, Malwarebytes, Spybot - Search and Destroy, and SUPERAntiSpyware as they may be conflicting with each other. Suggest you use Microsoft Security Essentials temporarily for protection instead.

If the hardware diagnostics pass and you still get BSODs after uninstalling the above programs, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions...
