Dial in hack for lte modems

Is there a possibility to hack into a win10 computer having only the phone number used by the lte modem? Does that in general help a hacker or the "vectors" of the attacks always go through malware etc ?

It is very unlikely that someone could hack into a Windows 10 computer with only your LTE phone number.
