Following is a brief description of my home network.  Two Windows 10 desktops, one Windows 7 desktop, one Windows Vista laptop, and one Windows 10 laptop.

The Windows 10 laptop repeatedly is unable to access the shared folders on the desktops and the desktops are unable to access the shared folders on that laptop.  All of the computers can see each other but trying to open a shared folder on the desktops (or print to the printer on one of the desktops) from the laptop and vice versa gives the cannot access shared folder message.  Restarting the laptop will usually set things right for awhile and at some point it problem will recur.

Please let me know what I can do to diagnose and repair this issue (without having to restart the laptop).  Thank you in advance.
