Everytime I reboot my profiles disappear. When I re-create them, everything is still in place as before. At reboot, it gives me only an "Owner" profile, which doesn't know anything. IDEAS???

Do you have any special tools installed? For example, the Microsoft Shared Computer Toolkit will allow you to reset the computer back to the way it was when it last booted - so all your changes will disappear when you reboot.

Are you using anything similar?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Try setting up an additional user by adding another account in "Users" in the control panel and see if it drops the profile created with it too.

The account you are using may have been corrupted. Adding an additional account will tell you if it is or not.
