.bat file appear to be a virus and cannot be remove through format

recently thumbdrive here in my office been infected with some kind of malware. i tried to find solution elsewhere but unfortunately couldnt find any help.
i found that .bat file locked my file in my usb, and need to run the .bat file to get an access into my usb. tried to run antivirus scan, but not single virus detected.
pardon for my language. thank you in advance for any suggestion
