I've been having random restarts ever since I installed a new cooling system and PSU but I'm not sure if they are the cause of my random restarts. I was given the cooling system as a gift along with free installation at Frys so I let them install the cooler. After that I started having the random restarts and they told me my PSU may not be able to handle everything so they suggested I buy a new one, so I bought the one they recommended and have been using that since. The problem went away for about a week but since then happens a few times a week and lately has been happening a few times a day. It can happen every few minutes or work normally for 5 hours. My computer restarted 2 times trying to post this so I'm going to post the Speccy for now and update with more information as I'm able to. I'm using only 1 stick of ram at the moment because I haven't been able to run memtest because of the restarts. (Update, memtest ran overnight and showed 0 errors)
Thank you so much for taking the time to look at this, I'm desperate for some help!

Cooling: Corsair H75 Hydroseries
PSU: Corsair CX750M 750 WATT
Motherboard: B85-G41 PC Mate(MS-7850)

My first suspect is that your new PSU is faulty. Your CPU core voltage is 0.5 volts. You didn't mention what you use the computer for. If you use it for gaming and power hungry purposes the Corsair CX series isn't made for that kind of a load.

Another possibility is that the Corsair H75 Hydroseries might not be compatible with your motherboard. Also if you're using it for gaming you may want to add more RAM.

Yes I normally use this for gaming but it can happen when I'm initially starting up my computer at the startup, browsing a Web page or gaming. And I'm only using one stick of ram because I was trying to rule out issues. I'll try to check the compatability of the cooler, thank you!

Also could anyone suggest a PSU for me to use if that could be the issue? Upon reading a lot of people seem to be against using these Corsair PSUs?

Any of the Corsair Bronze Gold units are ok for gaming. Thermaltake,Seasonic, are all good ones.

750 should be ok but if you want more and can afford it go for it.

So I'm using Thermaltake 850W Gold Series now and the CPU Core Voltage reads at about 0.832 V idle and fluctuates around there. I suppose all I can do is wait and see if it happens again. I double checked that the cooler was compatible and it was, but I bought another to try just in case as back-up. I'm not too good at troubleshooting but I'm trying my best. Thanks for your help so far.

PSU didn't help, going to pick up a different CPU fan, the one I bought I had too much trouble installing. If the other fan was compatible doesn't this mean it's maybe not the issue though?

I would take it back to Fry's if it started after they installed your cooler. They may have botched something.

Pardon my jumping in, but I noticed a BSOD in the uploaded reports.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version V2.9) dates from 2015.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and the outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Only 13 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 14393 (1607) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

MSI Afterburner and Riva Tuner (along with EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys).  Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting.  Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

I notice problems with your Razer drivers and your video drivers in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report.

Please:

- download fresh copies of the latest, W10 compatible Razer and video drivers from the manufacturer's website

- uninstall the current Razer and video drivers from the system

- install the freshly downloaded drivers

- monitor for further BSOD's

The memory dump blames the Razer drivers also - so please be sure to update them as described above.

Please update these older drivers.  Links are provided in order to assist you with looking up the source of the drivers.
If unable to find an update, please uninstall the program that is responsible for that driver.

DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable!!!:

Thank you for the reply, I did check the manufacturer website and it is the most recent version of BIOS but I will go ahead and do the rest of these steps ASAP. Thank you!

Also just to add, I actually forgot about that BSOD that occurred on that date and did see it was related to the Razer program but assumed it was a different issue since it was the first time it had produced a blue screen.

Just an update, I did all the Windows updates and uninstalled/reinstalled all razer and video drivers as well as updated a bunch of other drivers so far and I haven't had a shut down since then. Here's hoping and thank you so much for the help!
