Hello,

As soon as I install Windows 10, the problem does not appear. A random blue screen occurs after hours and a few days after installing the driver and necessary programs. I have downloaded and installed the driver from Dell's home page other than Windows Update (except for IRST). The problem still appears when I try to install the latest driver from Windows Update. The Dell Service Center says that I purchased the FreeDos product and can not guarantee the blue screen because the hardware test does not show any problems. I used the latest version of MemTest to run around 24 hours and showed about 30 passes, but there were no errors. I've tried reinstalling Windows after formatting, but the problem still appears. I've made BIOS up to date, but still occurs BSOD.

I tried verifier /standard /all to find the driver problem, and ran the computer for 48 hours, but I did not have a BSOD. If I need more time to get a blue screen, I'll turn it on again and watch for a few days.

The display driver and the touchpad driver are using the driver that is on the OEM homepage (the update is blocked by Windows Update MiniTool) and the remaining driver is being downloaded from Windows Update.

If a new BSOD occurs, I will update the post.

First, let me explain that my methods of troubleshooting revolve around using a stock system without any major customizations to interfere with normal Windows functions.
If the system is too tweaked/customized, it may not give the results that we've looking for.  As such, the easiest thing (in most cases) is to perform a clean install.

DO NOT do this yet, but it may become necessary as the troubleshooting progresses.  Please prepare to backup your system in case I do ask you to do this.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version  1.9.0) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Only 3 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 15063 (1703) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

Out of 4 memory dumps there were 3 different BSOD  (aka STOP or BugCheck) error codes.  The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things (the list is not in any sort of order):
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case.  Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html or http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html ).

Please get a head start on the hardware diagnostics - they are located here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
Please finish ALL of them and let us know the results.

There is an lxss.sys driver dated from 1997 in the BSOD's.  Most likely this date is wrong and we've seen this kind of date in latest builds from Microsoft

It's most likely a Linux for Windows sub-system driver.  If the date is wrong, there's (IMO) nothing to be concerned about.  If the date is correct, then this driver dates from the W95 era and may be seriously incompatible with w10.  This driver is not present on my build 15063 (Creators Update) system, nor is it present on my build 16281 (Windows Insider Fast Ring) system.

Finally, as LXCORE.sys (another Linux for Windows sub-system driver) dates from 2037, I'll assume that the drivers are W10 compatible and the dates are in error.

You may want to try Driver Verifier again using these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

If the system doesn't crash within 36-48 hours, then you can assume that there isn't a problem that Driver Verifier can find.

If that's the case, then it's (IMO) more likely that this is a hardware problem - and the hardware diagnostics become more important.

Please let us know the results of the diagnostics and we'll move on from there.
