Can someone provide a decryption tool or a .onion link to a decryption service??

There are in videoreview with onion-links, but they are unlikely to work. More than 2,5 years have passed.

CryptoWall does not append an obvious extension to the end of encrypted filenames.

More information is needed to determine specifically what infection you are dealing with since there are many variants of crypto malware (file encrypting ransomware).

However, is this infection related to your other topic here?
