hello, i have a couple of questions

1. I am trying to develop a method of using Smart Cards to decrypt containers with VeraCrypt. I am using an ACR-122U contactless reader/writer and the included Mifare 1k cards.

2. Is the Mifare 1k compatible with VeraCrypt? and is the ACR-122U hardware compatible?

3. Can anyone direct me to any resources or use cases of using Smart Cards with VeraCrypt? the online documentation is not as clear to me as i would hope.

Thank You,

Elisha

According to VeraCrypt's documentation, you need to use PKCS#11 smartcards. Mifare cards do not support PKCS#11.

I did not suggest any cards or readers because I have not used VeraCrypt with smartcards.
