Good day

I keep on getting a debug.txt file in a random location on my computer, with more or less he following contents:

[0904/102326.164:ERROR:file_io_win.cc(182)] CreateFile C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\settings.dat: Access is denied. (0x5)
[0904/102326.195:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(84)] TransactNamedPipe: The pipe has been ended. (0x6D)
[0904/102326.211:ERROR:file_io_win.cc(182)] CreateFile C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\settings.dat: Access is denied. (0x5)
I guess it is some malware that is trying to change my internet settings. I have run Adwearecleaner, Hijackthis, UnhackMe, DDS Scanner, Combofix and FRSTscanner, but none of them could remove whatever is trying to do this.
Can anybody please help?
