Help upgrading Ram and Maybe my CPU Cooler?

Looking to upgrade my ram and my CPU Cooler? I don't even know if these things need to be upgraded?

 

Specs: Power Supply is a Corsair CX500 80 Plus Bronze

Current CPU cooler? Stock??

Do you need more RAM? If not, SSD drive would give more benefit.

those temps look pretty normal to me,

 

i would just remove your CPU fan/heatsink assembly and give them a good cleaning,

 

apply new thermal paste when reinstalling,

 

unless you have money that you really want to burn, up to you
