Windows wont load . It crushes during start up and restarts. it does the same when you try it in safe mode. What should i do?

doing you mean the computer shuts down and tries to start up again?

it could be overheating,

 

check to make sure the CPU fan is running when you turn it on, also clean any dirt and dust from the CPU fan and heatsink assembly

the fan works. when i turn it on it blue screens then restarts. I cant even use it on safe mode

you will need to boot it with another device, a bootable cd or usb stick,

 

if you dont have one, you will have to create one,

 

download a windows 7 ISO file and make a bootable device using RUFUS

There is currently another thread open in the Malware Removal Logs forum, as yet unresponded to, that is for this same computer and same issue.
