Hello, I'm helping a friend with a BSOD.    PC boots to an error Driver IRQL not less or equal with a driver name of cdrphpgj.sys.    I have tried restoring to an earlier version of Windows prior to the error (3 different restore points) and none of them worked.    I can boot to Safe Mode (how I generated the attached files).    Please help me restore her computer.

Here is the PC Information (Via Speccy).  Let me know if you need more information.

Hi,

You're infected with malware—have a look at this startup entry:
QDQNCOIKKR.exe    c:\users\cheryl\appdata\local\temp\8c-66b94-ca2-0e7aa-a7b5390ec08c3\qdqncoikkr.exe m_1 l_1    ccrame-PC\Cheryl    Startup
I do believe that cdrphpgy.sys is malware too. Therefore, please post in the Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs forum. Make sure you follow the Preparation Guide For Use Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help too.

Best regards,

Problem is resolved.  Ran 2 virus programs and cleaned up disk.  Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

No problem. BUT I suggest you still post in the Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs forum, to ensure your computer is completely clean.

If I do not reply in three days, please message me.
