Windows is not using my Nvidia Graphics

Processor: Intel Core i7-7500 CPU @2.70GHz Turbo: 3.50GHz

RAM: 16GB

120SSD

1TB

Graphics : NviDiA GEFORCE GTX 950M 2GB

Hello My Windows 10 is not using my Graphics as u can see it in the picture : https://ibb.co/hvgJsQ

How To change it to Nvidia I went To Nvidia Control Panel did that But my Games Are Still Laggy I do belive i have a good graphic card so what should i do ?

Can you disable the Intel graphics in the BIOS?

No i can't i tried it to disable in the Device Manager but my Resolution of my laptop changed entirely
