Novice programmer Nephew's Specific Question re: a where to go to for more

Nephew was recently turned on to programming. Straight as an arrow...not a Black Hatter.


Received the following email:


"I finished up the 5 course Python specialization on Coursera. Even after all of that I still feel like I don't know all that much. I will try to continue learning somewhere else. Since then I started reading a book called The Web Application Hacker's Handbook and I'm finding it interesting....Enjoyable reading..... Do you have any either book or online resource recommendations where you learn that kind of stuff? I'm not interested in anything in particular regarding hacking, I just enjoy  learning what makes and breaks digital systems in general."


Can anyone recommend book or online resources that I can pass along?
