please, whenever i want to install a program on my system it will give me a notification that certain .dll file is not compatible with my system, please assist me.

What's the program?

 

Please post the exact error message as it appears onscreen...and tell us what you doing when the error message comes up.

trying to install propresenter. this has been happening to any software i want to install on my laptop.
