Hello,

recently I had to make a new windows user because of some crashing issues I was having using Autodesk Civil3d.  It worked for fixing that but now it seems everytime I reboot it starts with different settings, my screen icons are different  in location and size and some of my programs seem to open with different settings as well.

Last time I spoke with you guys I was told to run the FRST program and send you the info so that's what I have done.  The files are attached below as well as the MiniToolBox scan.  It looks like the errors might be the issue.  I tried to delete the old users but it says cannot delete because they are being used by another program.

Please help, my software, specifically Civil3D is crashing at a much too high rate.

Thank you,

Yvonne
