Just a little while ago I downloaded the Tribute Edition of Fighting is Magic (It's a My Little Pony fighting game). I scanned it with Avast, and Avast removed the executable file used to run it (It didn't touch any of the other files) and identified it as Win32.WrongInf-D [Susp]. Somewhat annoyed, I re-downloaded the rar, extracted it again, then uploaded the file to Virustotal. Only Avast, AVG, Cylance, and Rising detected it (AVG detected it as the same thing as Avast, Cylance just reported as an unsafe file, and Rising detected it as Malware.Undefined!8.C)

  Virustotal link: https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/edc727c37dacbbfb8dbc1fd99507a924cf9759b577875e2fa0edecaeaa11b241/detection

If Malwarebytes, Kaspersky, or Bitdefender had also been detecting it, I'd be a lot more suspicious, but I've never even heard of Cylance or Rising, so I don't know if they're considered good antiviruses and if I should trust what they say. Also, there are four positive votes, so it could be okay. I don't know. Should I consider this a false positive or not?

(Sorry if this wasn't the right place to post this, pretty new to the forums)

Most likely it is false positive. Avast and AVG is the same corporation (namely Avast), they have the same database, that's why they show the same result.

False Positive..
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
