Hello.

I'm having some issues with the BSOD.

Sometimes it appears an error code (MEMORY_MANAGEMENT)

Sometimes the screen freezes, and the audio flickers.

With WhoCrashed i made a scan, this is what i got: https://hastebin.com/tesisumulo.sql

The MBoard provider is GigaByte. The pc has been built almost 2 years ago.

If you need more informations dont worry to ask :)

Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis: (from the pinned topic at the top of the forum)   http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/
NOTE:  On problem systems it can take up to 20 minutes for the log files to complete.  Please be patient and let it run.

If you still have problems with it running, there's an alternate tool here (direct download link):  https://github.com/blueelvis/BSOD-Inspector/releases/download/1.0.5/BSODInspector-1.0.5.exe

NOTE:
Please zip up the (.ZIP) files - do not use .RAR, .7z or other compression utilities.
.ZIP is the type file that can be uploaded to the forums.

You can attach .ZIP files here - and it makes it much easier on me as I have problems with the CAPTCHA at FileDropper (I have vision problems).

Only 1 recent memory dump in the uploaded reports, many earlier memory dumps, but they are from June and April - as such I didn't include them in this analysis.

The previous BSOD's seem to have been random (from what I can see in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report), and as such we must suspect a hardware problem (compatibility issues and low-level drivers are a less likely possibility).

Please start with these free hardware diagnstics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Please finish ALL of them and let us know the results, then we can move on from there.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version F6) dates from 2014.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and the outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

These devices have problems in Device Manager:

Non disponibile    ROOT\SYSTEM\0001    I driver del dispositivo non sono installati.
Logitech HD Webcam C270    USB\VID_046D&PID_0825&MI_00\6&28FAC390&0&0000    Impossibile avviare questo dispositivo.

Please locate the first device, right click on it and select "Uninstall", then reboot and see if it is recognized and installed.

As for the Logitech HD Webcam, please uninstall it's software and physically remove it from the system (if it's not built in)>

If it is built-in, please disable it in the BIOS/UEFI.
When we're done troubleshooting, feel free to download the latest, W10 compatible drivers for it and install them.

You may want to run Driver Verifier (in case this is a software rather than a hardware problem).  To do so, please follow the directions here:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Hello.

I went ahead and took some tests.

I think this is a CPU problem ?

Basically i ran the seagate tools and i had no problem, then i ran memtools and got 239 errors, all in one time, and then it got stuck.

I managed to grab a screen with my phone.

While for the 2 drivers, i fixed it.

Here the screen i managed to grab:

51CRz3O.jpg

It's on Italian, i hope you can still understand.

See the RED on the screenshot?  That's the number of errors.

It means that there's a problem with your RAM.

In order to figure out where it is, you'll have to:
- test each stick individually in the first slot (you pick which slot is the first one).

Make sure that you use good anti-static precautions.

- then, take one of the sticks that passed the test (in the first slot) and test it in each of the other slots.

If it starts giving errors you can stop the test immediately.

If it doesn't give errors, then run the test for a minimum of 3 passes (Passo)
