I cannot install the Windows apps for Facebook Messenger and Instagram. 

It keeps saying:


 "See system requirements, this app needs hardware your device does not have."




That is a picture of what it is saying. 


I tried searching for DirectX9 and cannot find it for Windows 10. It keeps telling me that it comes 

already with Windows 10.  I used the Windows key + R then "dxdiag", here are the results: 




How do I fix this, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Press the Windows key and the R key together.


When the Run box opens type in dxdiag, then click/tap on OK.


This will show you which version of DirectX you have installed.


Please post the version in your topic.
