Bleeping Computer Startup Database
Filename: LTSMMSG.exe
Command: Unknown at this time.
Description: Lucent Tech. Soft Modem Messaging application - may be found on Fujitsu Lifebook, Acer and Sony Vaio notebooks, maybe others too

ltsmmsg - ltsmmsg.exe - Process Information
Process File: ltsmmsg or ltsmmsg.exe
Process Name: Lucent Messaging

ltsmmsg.exe is a utility which is installed on many laptops with XirCom and Lucent internal modems which deals with additional messaging facilities. This program is a non-essential system process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.

Did you use your modem before you noticed that ltsmmsg.exe reappeared in the startup menu?
