PROBLEM SOLVED!

Hi all,
About a couple of weeks ago, whenever I would log into my account, I would have to wait several minutes for the UI to appear. Fortunately, if I ran a process from Task Manager, it would run so it didn't bother me. However, when I powered on my laptop today it hangs when booting up. The computer restarts itself and on the second time around it has a corrupted looking blue screen that appears and it hangs there. I left my computer there for a while and came back to see Windows at a screen that says "It looks like Windows didn't boot up properly." and a couple of options, none of which I wanted to mess around with so I just shut down and haven't turned it on since. Help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Logan

P.S. I'm not very good with computers so please simplify some harder things to do, lol.

Problem solved, took RAM out and put it back in and now, for whatever reason, Windows boots.
