Laptop wifi The DNS server isnt responding

Hi idk if this is the right place but my laptop cant get into the wifi, the wifi works fine on my phone and other gadgets but on my laptop its not. Ive tried restarting the laptop and router to no avail. Help please thanks

Right click Computer > Manage > Services. Make sure the DNS client service is started and on automatic. 

 

If the service is started then change your DNS servers to OpenDNS and see if that helps. Remember to flush the DNS cache after changing the DNS servers or reboot.

 

You didn't say what OS you have.

I have windows 10, does that change anything? How do i flush the dns?

I checked the dns client. Its running and automatic (trigger start)
