Does it bring up an error message such as: cannot connect to pop3 account?

We really need a better description of "is not working" for us to be able to help you. Are you using a browser to attempt to read these E-mails, or are you using an application such as Outlook Express to download them to your computer and then read them?
Precisely how far do you get in whichever process you are using, and do you get any error messages? The exact wording of these would be important.
Regards,
John

well i can log on but whenever i send an email it always returns it and i havnt been sending all my emails to the same email address either. it says "MAILER-DAEMON@ yahoo.com" failure notice. i dont have outlook.
then i open it and this is what it reads-
"Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out."

Could be a few reasons for rejection. One would be incorrect intended receiver Email address. Two would be the intended receiver blocked you. Three would be the intended receiver's ISP's spam filter rejected your email for any number of reasons. Four would be your intended receiver's personal spam filter rejected you for any number of reasons. Does any of your email get delivered by those two accounts?
