We really need a better description of "is not working" for us to be able to help you. Are you using a browser to attempt to read these E-mails, or are you using an application such as Outlook Express to download them to your computer and then read them?
Precisely how far do you get in whichever process you are using, and do you get any error messages? The exact wording of these would be important.
Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one should be silent.
