https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2017/34/4/1503576109-probleme-3.jpg

The only way to make it work is to uninstall the program, install it again, and then that work for a random amount of time, except if i never exit the program.

And i have the same problem if i run my amd setting.

Here the three message :

So i have try to use a restoration point when everything was working fine, because i think this is my last driver update who make the problem.

But when i have try to use the restoration, it fail with this message.

I don't know what to do, thanks for help.

Hello,
Can you please run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth in relevant command prompt as an administrator and post the results?
The result can be found in
c:\windows\logs\dism\dism.log
Many thanks,
Andy

No worries.
Since I see there are no system errors I think that might be caused by the last Windows 10 update ( the creator's update) ~
Would you mind to do a test?
Simply to create a new user on your machine and check if this will occur in the new user.
In case your Windows didn`t manage to upgrade itself to the last build you can try to upgrade it with from here :
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4028685/windows-get-the-windows-10-creators-update
If you have issues creating a new local account please let me know so I can provide you with some additional details.
Many thanks,
Andy

Regarding your Warhammer game, you can download the package from here :
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/library/dn205267.aspx
"VS2015 Universal C Runtime Prereq KB2999226 64-bit" (or 32-bit)

Can you also perform a clean boot :

  1. Press the "Windows + R" key to open a Run box.
  2. Type msconfig and click OK.
  3. On the General tab, click Selective startup.
  4. Clear the Load startup items check box.
  5. Click the Services tab.
  6. Select the Hide all Microsoft services check box (at the bottom).
  7. Click Disable all.

Please be sure you tick the box Hide all Microsoft services.

Well they say my computer is up to date, no update found. But i don't have yet the Creator update, i remember i have install it before, but my computer was slow, so i have return from previous update. And since i did this, i think the c++ thing didn't work anymore.

The C++ been pushed with Microsoft Updates for Windows 10 and, to be honest, I`m not sure if you will be able to install it from standalone installer.
Can you please try to run this tool ---> https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48234

I just open them they will not work.
Apologies about that.
Microsoft does not make it easy :)
What was the issue with the creators update as if you do not install this update there will many issues related to C++ and .NET.
You said your pc was running slow after you update do you remember what resources were occupied once you manage to update?
There are few tricks with updating I can amend.
1. remove your AV and malware software before update

2. Perform Clear boot.
3. Remove all optimizing software if you are using any.
