Hello,

Recently after doing some very dumb things in my discord group chat with some "friends." I made the terrible mistake of downloading a virus, I believe it to be two trojans in c:/User/Owner/AppData/Local/imejvgv , i'm usually never the guy to log onto forums but this is one of the toughest viruses i've ever ran into. So far I Have tried to use MalwareBytes Chameleon (In Use), MalwareBytes (In Use), Zena Anti Malware (did not detect), AVG (did not detect),MalwareBytes AntiRootkit (In Use) SuperAntiMalware (Removed most of the adware but the major problem is still there.), SpyHunter4 (fake), RKill (can't seem to detect the virus, so I can't use anything), Avast (In Use).       I have tried renaming the following programs and running them from an external hardrive but I get the same "requested resource" message. Below Is A Screenshot Of The Message.

Here is also a screenshot of the programs on my external device that wouldnt run. ("The requested resource is in use")

PLEASE KEEP IN NOTE THAT EVERYTHING THAT SAYS "IN USE" HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO INSTALL, IT IS NOT ON MY SYSTEM OR ABLE TO RUN

The issues cannot be deleted, below is a screenshot of what I assume the problem to be, the two applications "ctfvecx" and "imejvgv"

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw7fdU_lt6BdODNKVGlQbzVhMkk/view?usp=sharing

I have also tried booting my computer up in safe mode, with some trouble against the virus I was able to boot it into safe mode, but unable to network, even if I specifically pushed "Safe Mode With Networking". Chrome also gives me a message whenever I attempt to download a application saying "The Application You're Trying To Use Is Not Verified By The App Store"

HitMan Pro was able to do a thorough scan of the computer and detect the two trojans, although when I attempted to reboot it absolutely crashed windows and made me reboot from a restore point, luckily I made a restore point prior to running hitman.

please understand that the most important year school is starting up and that I really need this computer, formatting really isn't an option at this point..

I think if i can somehow slip MalwareBytes or a more high end virus killer through the cracks of this smartvirus I could easily be rid of it.

Thanks For Taking The Time To Read - ControlSol27

Below Is A Screenshot Of The Two Trojans That Continue To ReAppear In Hitman Pro

Below Is A Screenshot Of The Chrome Message I receive

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw7fdU_lt6BdNUZxOHh6NFJ2MDg/view?usp=sharing

Although I assume that these two trojans are the main sources of my problem, its extremely likely that it could be more.

Welcome aboard p22002758.gif

Possible Smartservice rootkit.

Please follow the instructions in THIS GUIDE starting at Step 6. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it HERE. Please include a description of your computer issues, what you have done to resolve them, and a link to this topic.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

It would be helpful if you post a note here once you have completed the steps in the guide and have started your topic in malware removal. Good luck and be patient.

If HelpBot replies to your topic, PLEASE follow Step One so it will report your topic to the team members.
