Windows 10 STOPCODE, Alienware 17R3, BSOD, bad pool caller

Hi guys,

 

I have started getting the BSOD recently on my Alienware 17R3 with Winodows 10. It happens when using google chrome, browsing. I have the latest drivers from the dell support website and my windows 10 is also up to date. So have no idea what is causing the system to crash. I always get the windows 10 STOPCODE with bad_pool_caller. Can anyone please point me in the right direction? I would be very gratefull.

NOTE:  On problem systems it can take up to 20 minutes for the log files to complete.  Please be patient and let it run.

NOTE:
Please zip up the (.ZIP) files - do not use .RAR, .7z or other compression utilities. 
.ZIP is the type file that can be uploaded to the forums.

 


My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
