Hello,

Since about two weeks now I am getting random blue screen errors on which some say "UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION". The screens goes away pretty quick so I can't confirm that it says this on all of them. I've been looking to simular posts on this and other fora but can't fix it myself.

I ran a memory check with the windows checker and the memtest86. This showed no errors.

I deleted the McAfee that was standard installed on the laptop.

I also have three dumpfiles out of the minidump map. But can't look in to them myself due to lack of the right software. I wanted to download the debugg program from microsoft but it gets bluescreened in the middle of the download.

Because in other topics it was recommended to run Reimage and CrystalDiskinfo I added the results too. Only Reimage came up with a couple of errors, is it possible that these are the problem?

I hope someone can help me get my laptop in working shape again.

Thanks!

Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis: (from the pinned topic at the top of the forum)   http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/
NOTE:  On problem systems it can take up to 20 minutes for the log files to complete.  Please be patient and let it run.

If you still have problems with it running, there's an alternate tool here (direct download link):  https://github.com/blueelvis/BSOD-Inspector/releases/download/1.0.5/BSODInspector-1.0.5.exe

NOTE:
Please zip up the (.ZIP) files - do not use .RAR, .7z or other compression utilities.
.ZIP is the type file that can be uploaded to the forums.

I would start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

I frequently find hard drives that pass SMART, but fail diagnostics.  In this case, 2 of the 3 memory dumps actually blame your disk hardware.
As such, be sure to run the Seagate Seatools (the Long/Extended test) on your hard drive (there aren't any current Toshiba hard drive tools).

Please let us know the results of the diagnostics and we'll move on from there.

If it is a bad hard drive, the "fix" is to purchase a new hard drive and install Windows on that.
Also, if it's a bad hard drive, backup your stuff immediately.  There's no telling when it'll die completely and you won't be able to get your data back then (well, you can, but it's awfully expensive!)
