I think my driver is bad, I get blue screen every time I watch long videos. mainly youtube videos but also happened to other sites. However Facebook videos seem to play just fine.

I'll do my best to follow the BSOD posting instructions at the top.

Below I believe I attached the wanted file asked in step 3.

for step 4 the desktop info

So it seems like all the recommended updates went through except for

"Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3080149)

Download size: 16.7 MB"

it says "Error code 80073712"

However no blue screen when it fails. Just keeps trying every time I shut down.

Will come back with more info tomorrow.

Hi,

Sorry for the late response. Been busy with a lot of personal things going on. Would you please run the Sysnative File Collection App again and attach the output files, so I can provide a better analysis with updated information?

Regards,

bwv848

Hi,

Let's start off with these free hardware diagnostics: http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html Run them all and let me know the results (especially the RAM + HDD tests).
