All of my USB Ports went out on PC

Okay so one day I woke up and i went to check the news on my PC, but when i booted it up, my mouse and keyboard werent working. Then i tried all of my ports and none of them worked. I had done nothing to this PC but this same thing for a week or more, so i do not believe it was a virus. I unplugged the pc and plugged it back in and cleaned it, Any help?

P.S. It didnt charge my phone either
