Dear Sir/Madam,

My laptop is a HP450. When I start my computer, it get blue screen when it is loading the windows logo.

Blue Screen info:

I tried:

System Restore, but not fixing the problem

Safemode, stopped when loading \windows\system32\DRIVERS\amdkmpfd.sys

CHKDSK /R Failed to transfer logged messages to the event log with status 50.

Here is the Start up repair result:

Moved from Win 7 to Crashes/BSODs.

Please follow the guidance at BC BSODs Posting Instructions - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/ .

Louis, I try to run the Sysnative by using CMD.

It shows: "The subsystem needed to support the image type is not present."

and I can not find any new folder related to SysnativeBSODCollection App.

Here is some more information I could provide:

          · Laptop

          · System Manufacturer and model number: HP ProBook 450 G1
          · CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4200M CPU
          · Video Card: The HP Bio Page does not shows detail for video card.

        · Windows 7 x64 (64-bit)

        · Original Install system should be Windows 8, but not sure due to I am not the first user.

        · Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? Not sure

        · Age of the computer: 3 years

        · Age of OS installation: Not sure

Ps. I run the Sysnative BSODCollection App under the windows system repair environment.
