Dell Inspiron desktop

Win10

Firefox

First post here.

Used to be with Worldstart, but their gone now.

People were, for the most part, patient with my questions.

Hope it the same here.

Kind of looking for a new home.

I'm not to good with this computer thing.

Know just enough to screw things up.

Question is......

I have a auto scanner that says it needs WinXP or Win7 to update.

I have Win10.

Is there a way to do it, or do I need to find someone with Win7???????

I'm assuming there is some software application that is installed on Windows in order to do the update. I would install the program and see if it runs in Windows 10. If not then use compatibility mode and set it to Windows 7.

Thank you

Looks like just what I'm looking for.

I'll try it.
