Sometimes when I use the internet for things like video streaming or online gaming on my computer it will randomly freeze up and the only thing I'm able to do is shut it down. This only seems to happen when I use the internet for things that use a lot of bandwith. This isn't software crashing, it's the entire computer. Right before this happens, the internet stops/lags- my ping goes up to the thousands or the video buffers. Other devices don't experience the lag or stops, so I know it's just my computer, and it's not just the internet. As you can probably tell I'm not very tech savvy. What can I do?
