My wife seems to have acquired some malware (Zeus Virus Popup) while in her account. I wanted to use the "Self-Help Guide" but it occurred to me that her account is a Regular User account. On the other hand, my account is an Administrator Account and I have already installed some scanning software (Malwarebytes) on this computer.

My questions are simply, should I do all these "Self-Help" steps from within her regular account or should I switch to my Admin account to perform? Will downloading and running Malwarebytes from her account conflict with  the copy I already have installed? (the first thing I tried to do after getting her browser to close was to "Run as Administrator" my copy of Malwarebytes....it would not respond") Will even switching accounts be safe or necessary to do?

Thanks in advance for your assistance, I will try the Self-Help Guide before I come back and tie anyone up with malware detection and removal if possible!
