Despite cleaning up my computer, when I open a web page, it opens normally.  But the tab shows continual buffering...."the little wheel goes round and round" and round and round as long as the tab is open.  I can't refresh the website.  I can do what I need to, but the circle is very distracting!  What's the prob, Bob?

Is this happening on EVERY web page or just a few of those you frequent?

Often the cause is some ad trying to load. Often it is a bad script. But those don't happen on every page.

When you said you cleaned the computer....what did that entail exactly? Be specific.
