Hello, I need to archive a particular folder in my Apple Mail running my Gmail Id and Import into Outlook Mac running my Microsoft id. I use my apple mail at home and Outlook for Mac at my office. This way I will be able to keep the archived version as well as look at the emails in Outlook whenever I am working at my office and want to access that folder. I am not able to figure out the way to archive one particular folder in Apple mail and how will I import it in Outlook for Mac?

The problem is Mail and Outlook use different file types for mailbox folders. Mail uses .mbox, while Outlook uses .olm. You'll need to use a third-party converter tool to do that.

Since you are using Gmail and Microsoft email services, you are likely using IMAP. If you create a separate account in Outlook at work for your GMail account, you won't have to export or import anything. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Outlook-email-setup-6e27792a-9267-4aa4-8bb6-c84ef146101b

Yes, I have setup the emails under Imap services but here's a problem with creating a separate account in Outlook at work, I need to access only one folder and doing the above-mentioned imports all the other folders too.

However, I found out something that might be helpful: https://applemailarchiver.blogspot.com/2016/01/apple-mail-mailbox-archive.html

Also, can you mention some of the third party converter tools that are fast and easy to operate?

It would be very helpful. Thanks

Thanks for the suggestions. From your suggestions, I can imply that these are converters that will help me convert apple mail email database to the outlook for mac email database. However, the application that I found Mail Backup X is a backup application as well as a converter that helps us convert email formats. So basically I am getting multiple features in one application. My issue is resolved with Mail Backup X and I have successfully Archived Apple Mail Emails and Imported into Outlook Mac. Thank you all for the help.
