I'm not sure how to describe my problem. We have a Win7 computer that we disconnected to try Linux on a different computer. Decided to go back to the Win7 computer. Installed it and now the printer will not print. It sends the document and there is 12 in the queue from trying different things. The drivers have been downloaded and are up to date. We tried various instructions from other posts but so far have not found the problem.

We were able to print when we had the other computer hooked up so I know it's not the printer itself.

Any help would be appreciated.

And regardless of how connected, definitely clear out the print queue.

I'd be starting afresh...

Go into Control Panel, Programs & Features and uninstall all Brother printer related software.

Reboot and reinstall from the newly downloaded software.

And if you just downloaded the printer driver only, get the full software package instead.

Instead of reading this, why not do a backup of your PC.

I have to say that I second dropbear's recommendation unequivocally.
