Hello, I've had a lot of problems with skype (note this could be because i removed built in apps from windows 10 and then re-installed those i wanted)

Either way, skype doesn't work accurate.

For one i can't find the correct skype.exe and i can't make a shortcut on the desktop.

I've made a thread about this on https://www.tenforums.com/software-apps/89988-new-skype-cant-find-app-nor-make-shortcut-yet-i-can-run.html

Though as you can see i didn't get any help to fix it.

I've tried to delete the apps again and reinstalled without it working, i also tried troubleshooting for apps and windows apps along with SFC /scannow with no solution.

I found a request on a other thread about some skype problem with the skype crashing and requested a MTB log.

So i've made the MTB with the listed apps installed etc and these are the errors i received:

I don't know if you have tried, but you can create a shortcut on your desktop by right-clicking Skype in that folder which opens, and selecting create a shortcut.  It will ask to put shortcut on desktop.

if you are getting skype problems, you can try to reset Skype configuration files

1. Close Skype.
2. Press Windows Key + R then type %appdata%.
3. Find Skype folder then rename it to Skype_old.
After you’ve deleted Skype folder, open Skype again and see if the problem has resolved

Nevermind, i still have the issue. Whenever i call it automatically shuts down the call or shuts down the application.

Also there aren't any skype folders in %appdata%

Still need help with this.

add: I installed the classic Skype for now just to get my calls to work. Still wish to use the windows 10 skype as i dislike having two skypes installed so i have to go with the crappy win 10 skype. Let me know if anyone can help me with this issue.
