When I attempt to go to the website www.swagbucks.com, Malwarebytes blocks it and cites a file named "www.swagbucks.com" in

Program Files (x86).....application\chrome.exe. Of course I can't find the file. Malwarebytes doesn't find it when I scan. JRT and Rkill don't find it either.

Which version of Malwarebytes do you have installed?

More importantly... why would you want anything to do with a website like www.swagbucks.com?

Apparently Malwarebytes believe that this website is one which you don't want to visit.  But looking up the URL in Virus Total there were two programs which recognized this website to be potentially dangerous, Malwarebytes and Quttera.  That was out of sixty programs.  I would believe that it would be ok to manually allow Malwarebytes to go to this website.

How have I reminded you of the 70's?

If this has only occurred with that one website I would forget this and move on.  As I posted previously, out of sixty programs looking at this URL only two of them felt that the site was potentially dangerous and Malwarebytes was on of the two programs.
