looking to upgrade the fan/heatsink assembly on one of my computers, the motherboard is an ASUS P5K

what do i search for so i know the new item will fit?

i can kind of tell by looking at the pictures and the mounting prongs on the heat sink, but it would be easier if i could just do a search to show all heatsinks/fans that will fit the cpu/motherboard

any recommendation of brands also??

Your processor is a 775 socket these will do

Cooler Master tends to be very good at heatsinks and they are reasonably priced
