I am having issue with the Installshield Update Service Scheduler (32-bit). When I tried to stopping the process with task manager, my Internet connection is also off along with it. I can only connect to the internet with the Installshield Update Service Scheduler (32-bit) still running. It also starts up everytime my pc boot up.

I am not sure if this is a virus or spyware that will is attacking my pc.

I am using Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

Please help.
