Hello ,

I have been using Paltalk for many years without issues, but suddenly I am unable to log in using the correct password.

This only happens with a paid account , other "black" nicknames work perfectly.

I can also log in to my Paltalk profile page & change password , get confirmation email  but same song & dance..

>> login problems , check password and spelling "

Also , no log in problems with my desktop computer.. only happens  with laptop.

I have asked for help  @ Paltalk, but they are clueless , followed all their tips , reinstalled program several times , scanned for viruses etc..

I am at total loss and out of ideas..would appreciate any help tips.........

Thanks in advance... :smash:

I used to face same problem but I just uninstalled it and then again installed it. That worked for me.

I have heard of this happening when somebody gifts you a colored ID.

I have asked for help  @ Paltalk, but they are clueless , followed all their tips , reinstalled program several times

Indeed they are clueless,

Did somebody gift you the colored nick or did you pay for it? And how long is the subscription.

I gifted a friend a green for a week and she had the same problem reinstalling didn't work, once the weeks subscription ran out she could log back in.

hey NickAu and ericfoley ..  thanks to both of you for the response..

No  I've had this nick for years. always a paid for by me..

reinstalled paltalk several times.. weird thing.. it works on this laptop using the beta version, but I hate that format ..

was wondering if my nick was hacked.. but in that case i couldn't log in at all and i would lose access to my profile page too.

Is it possible for someone to block my access without disabling the account ?
